Wirk was done quickly and car was clean when done. I do feel pricing for diagnostic (hooking up computer) to tell whats wrong is really steep

Dean, We appreciate the feedback, the diagnostic of a vehicle does require more than hooking it up to the computer. The computer simply gives us a code or an area of error but the diagnostic fee is for the techs time to pin point exactly what is triggering that error, some codes can have over a hundred different reasons for what may be causing it. I can not tell you how much we appreciate having the option to utilize a complimentary rental vehicle. This visit they had anticipated a few days. They had it done in a day! Your process of getting people in and out for their appointments is a very well oiled machine. At times your staff may feel overwhelmed as it is a fast paced and busy place. They need to know and be recognized for doing an amazing job! Remember their efficiency makes the company a lot of money! I have always been happy with my service there! Customer for 25 plus years.

Our vehicle was brought in by our insurance company because it was in a fire and Marquart was determining if it was salvageable or not. It was towed in on December 26, 2023 and we picked it up March 29, 2024. Throughout the several months that it was with Marquart we received many phone calls from the mechanical side and the body shop. It seemed to be a different person every time and they consistently had "no idea" what was going on. On 2 separate occasions while speaking to a person from management did not know it was in a fire. The vehicle went into "limp mode" after the fire and your technicians said it had nothing to do with the fire and used our extended warrantly to pay for the repairs. We find this absolutely ubsurd. We could go on and on about the ridiculousness of this entire experience but there isn't enough time in a day. The truck smells of smoke, the taillight chrome is peeling, there is moisture in the lights. At one point we were called in to view the vehicle and the check engine light was on, the headliner was haning down with black finger prints all over it and they said "I don't know". We have purchased our last 2 vehicles with Marquart and paid cash. We won't be doing business here anymore.
